Apollinaire Consultancy Associates Ltd was established by Penny Crisfield in 1999 with a mission to promote and achieve sustainable personal and corporate excellence in business and in sport.
We believe in a training and support approach that empowers individuals and teams and leaves the organisation with a legacy of ongoing professional development leading towards excellence.
Penny Crisfield and her team of associates work in the corporate sector, with most sports governing bodies and many sports agencies in the UK and overseas. They bring extensive experience in executive coach mentoring, train-the-trainer and facilitation training, coach education, leadership development, training design and multi-media resource development.
Credentials
Penny Crisfield is a former UK lacrosse coach and player, HE lecturer, sport psychologist, Assistant and Interim CEO and Head of Coach Education for the National Coaching Foundation (now sportscoach UK). Recent qualifications and achievements include:
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner (2005)
Initiator and director of a biennial international masterclass for coach education practitioners and researchers (Vancouver 2004, Limerick 2005)
Inducted into the Coaching Hall of Fame and Winner of the Dyson award for coach education (2005)
Diploma in Business Coaching and Mentoring (Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, 2003)
